We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager - Applications, at our site in Huntingdon to focus on the following:
- Liaison with customers, in conjunction with the sales teams and relevant external bodies as appropriate, to optimise GPS PE Pipe Systems' market position
- Assisting with the proposal and development of clear product development strategies leading to agreed development specifications
- Sharing customer and market intelligence with relevant GPS PE Pipe Systems personnel
The successful candidate will be required to participate in external promotional activities as appropriate and must be prepared to travel within the UK and overseas with occasional overnight stays as required. Applicants should have extensive knowledge and experience of fieldwork in a related industry; knowledge of piping and utilities markets and a good understanding of the sales and marketing environment. You will also be:
- Of graduate calibre, ideally with a Mechanical or Civil Engineering qualification.
- Able to work on your own initiative, with the ability to lead and also work as part of a team
- An excellent communicator with excellent analytical and IT skills
